4.56 JVPD ni inyubako y'amazu aturwamo iherereye i Juhu, muri Mumbai. Iyi nyubako irimo amazu manini n'ubwiza budasanzwe, buri gorofa ikaba ifite umutungo umwe, hakiyongeraho amazu abiri afite amagorofa abiri (duplex). Ibyapa by'ubutaka bikoreshejwe uburyo bwo gukaza imitego (post tensioned slabs) byakuyeho ikenewe ry'imikingo, bityo buri gorofa mu mbere y'inyubako igasigara idafite inkingi, bikaba byatuma imbere y'iyo mitungo ishobora gutegurwa mu buryo bunyuranye. Abegukanye icyuma bagaragaza ubuhanga bukomeye, ubumenyi bwihariye, imyumvire y'inzobere n'ubushobozi bwo guhanga bw'ababikoze. 4.56 Jvpd Inyubako y'Amazu Aturwamo biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifatika kandi gifite udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye icyuma gihuza uburyo bwiza bukoreshwa mu nganda kandi gifite ibiranga bya tekiniki bifite ubushobozi, bifatanye n'ubumenyi n'impano. 4.56 Jvpd Inyubako y'Amazu Aturwamo yubahwa kubera gukora neza, kandi yashushanyijwe kugira ngo inoze ubuzima, ifashe gutuma isi iba nziza.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.
Ibipimo n'Ipaki: The building in 52.9M in Height with each apartment 27.5M in length X 10.5M in breadth.

Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
Ubushakashatsi: The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
Ibyatumye Habaho: Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
