О дизайне Archie Коллекция стеклянной посуды

Archie — коллекция стеклянной посуды, разработанная для профессионального обслуживания в сфере гостеприимства. В коллекцию входят стопки, бокалы для виски, стаканы для лонг-дринков, кружки, бокалы для вина, шампанского, мартини и коктейлей. Источником вдохновения для Archie стала арка — архитектурная форма, переосмысленная через геометрию ар-деко. Повторяющиеся арки образуют скульптурную поверхность, а выверенные пропорции обеспечивают удобство удержания каждого предмета. Изделия изготавливаются методом прессования из натрий-кальциевого стекла — этот процесс обеспечивает равномерную толщину стенок, прочность и устойчивость к появлению царапин при интенсивной эксплуатации.

The controlled forming achieves optimized wall thickness and balance, delivering durability and resistance to scratching, even under intensive professional use. Each piece is engineered to perform reliably across different beverage types, while its structure supports efficient handling and seamless integration into dynamic service routines. The result is a collection that combines industrial strength with refined clarity, elevating functionality into an elegant experience.
Дизайнерская задача: The main challenge in developing the Archie collection was adapting the structural form of the arch into functional glassware suitable for professional use. The team needed to maintain the visual impact of the motif while ensuring comfort, balance, and production efficiency. Another key difficulty was modernizing the Art Deco inspiration so that the collection could harmonize with diverse contemporary interiors and service environments. Finding the right proportions and achieving clean geometry through press glass technology required several design trials and technical adjustments. Internally, the project referenced the historical link between architecture and decoration, while externally it had to meet hospitality standards, sustainability goals, and cost limitations. Close collaboration between design and engineering made it possible to achieve a form that is both distinctive and feasible for mass production.
