О дизайне Gaofuli Высотное здание

«Гаофули» — это высотное многофункциональное здание в Шанхае, Китай. Здание расположено рядом с районами охраны исторического наследия и парком Яньчжун, а с востока визуально связано с центральной городской доминантой. В основу проекта легли мотивы традиционной архитектуры шикумэнь, воплощённые в вертикальных композициях, многоугольных очертаниях и смягчённых углах со скошенными и сужающимися формами. Фасад сочетает металл медного оттенка с тёплыми панелями, имитирующими керамику. Восточная и южная стороны обеспечивают естественное освещение и видовые перспективы, а частично приподнятый первый этаж позволяет разместить вход и зону высадки пассажиров с северной стороны.

The design concept harmonizes local cultural identity, natural landscapes, and contemporary living, creating a dynamic balance between preservation and innovation.

Технология производства: In terms of materials and construction, traditional Shikumen architecture is characterized by the use of red and gray bricks, complemented by yellow sand and cement. The stone detailing on the door headers adds to the warm and textured facade. In the modern interpretation, the building facade retains this material tradition by incorporating copper-toned metals and warm, ceramic-like panels, creating a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic.

The ground floor is partially elevated, positioning the entrance and drop-off area on the north side to create a cohesive street frontage that complies with safety and evacuation standards.

The iconic shapes of Gaofuli's structures have been abstracted, resulting in softened corners with chamfered and tapered forms. In tribute to the distinctive Shikumen-style doorways.
