О дизайне Majestic Жилой дом

Здание расположено на участке со склоном, при этом второй этаж является общественной зоной, включающей вход, гостиную, столовую и кухню, в то время как первый этаж представляет собой приватную зону с супружеской спальней и детской комнатой. Как упомянуто выше, вход находится на втором этаже, и поскольку здание расположено на склоне, фасад выглядит как одноэтажный дом. Внешняя отделка выполнена из черного натурального сланца и мраморовидной плитки на наружных стенах и ограждениях, с акцентами из деревянной решетки и белой краски, создавая величественную, но в меру мягкую атмосферу.

Уникальные свойства: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

Дизайнерская задача: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
Исследование: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
Вдохновение: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.
