О дизайне Eilo Настольный электрический гриль

Eilo — настольный электрический гриль, созданный для домашней кухни. Нагревательная лампа не закреплена жёстко в раме, а регулируется по высоте. На опорных стойках по обеим сторонам лампы предусмотрены поворотные оси, благодаря чему высоту лампы можно свободно менять, а когда гриль не используется, её можно сложить вниз для экономии места. Корпус выполнен из перерабатываемого пластика, а графеновый нагревательный элемент обеспечивает высокую температуру жарки при меньшем количестве дыма. Жарочная поверхность имеет антипригарное покрытие, что облегчает очистку. Лаконичная форма и спокойная цветовая гамма создают ощущение умиротворения и непринуждённости.

Уникальные свойства: The design changes the grill from a fixed frame to a height adjustable. In the design, designer prioritize the functionality of the product. Compared with other products on the market, this product has added rotating shafts on the support rods on both sides of the baking lamp, and the height of the baking lamp can be adjusted freely. Also saves more space when not in use. In addition, the product is able to bring a sense of tranquility and relaxation through the extremely minimalist shape and color design.

Технология производства: The product body is made of recyclable plastic that is easy to produce, and the roasting lamp tube is selected to use the relatively mature graphene heating tube, which ensures that the barbecue temperature meets the higher requirements and reduces the generation of oil fume. The roasting pan is coated with non-stick coating, which is easy to clean and makes the roasting process better.

The team repeatedly considered and compared the ways of folding and shrinking, hoping to save space while meeting the structural requirements, while making the appearance simple and unified.
Исследование: The main focus of the design research is the appearance of the baking lamp, considering how to satisfy the function of folding and storing the baking lamp, and at the same time, it has both durability and aesthetics, and can convey a feeling of tranquility and relaxation to people. The design hopes to use the most common and less design elements to save production costs in terms of shape, so that products can be quickly put into the market.
Вдохновение: The design inspiration comes from the leisurely feeling of the seaside during the holiday. The appearance of fresh meat and seafood being roasted under the strong roasting lights always reminds people of sunbathing by the sea, conch and stones being roasted by the sun, and blown by the sea breeze. There are layers of waves rising, and there are foldable sun umbrellas. In order to grasp the feeling of leisure and relaxation brought by this kind of beach holiday, designer use the simplest design elements to allow people to better preserve these subconscious associations, hoping to add some freshness and calmness to life through design .
Продолжительность проекта: The project started in Zhengzhou, China on February 6, 2022 and completed in Wuhan on February 24 of the same year
Рабочий процесс: Connect the power cord on the left side of the product, turn the knob counterclockwise, the dot leaves the triangular scale point to turn on the baking light, and the fire power increases as the angle of rotation increases. 180 degrees is the maximum fire power at the maximum angle. The roasting light goes out when it is in place. The rotation of the shaft requires both hands to operate simultaneously on both sides.
