О дизайне Bradco Здание фабрики

Bradco — промышленное здание, спроектированное для производства часовых ремешков и кожаных изделий класса люкс в Каштелу-де-Пайва, Португалия. Планировка фабрики выстроена вокруг естественного освещения. На кровле размещено несколько световых фонарей, благодаря которым производственная зона остаётся светлой для сотрудников. В отделке фасадов использован местный камень в сочетании со стеклом и сталью, что связывает здание с его территорией. Большие остеклённые поверхности создают прозрачность между интерьером и окружающим ландшафтом. Проект был реализован в период с 2019 по 2020 год.

Уникальные свойства: Bradco, the Industrial Unit. The factory that produces luxury in Portugal! Located in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The industry is distinguished by the fact that it is a company with a lot of light, unlike many.

Технология производства: The objective of this industry was to create a methodology that would provide greater relevance within the building: light. Several skylights were designed on the factory roof so that the interior would convey a better state of mind to the employees. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.

It is also able to provide after-sales services on behalf of its customers, working directly with its branches and stores. The key, as with each of their collaborations, is a design tailored to meet specific needs that further the values of each partner.
