Despre Irozuki Calendar

Irozuki este un calendar de perete care își schimbă culoarea în fiecare lună. Fiecare lună prezintă o culoare și o expresie diferită, astfel încât calendarul funcționează ca un accent colorat într-un interior simplu. Când o lună se încheie, foaia finalizată este mutată în spatele calendarului. După șase luni, toate foile sunt întoarse împreună, iar o a doua serie de combinații de culori apare. Sunt folosite doar șase hârtii tipărite pentru douăsprezece luni. Calendarul are dimensiunile 220 mm pe 260 mm. Ambalajul are forma unei flori și este decupat din hârtii duble, astfel încât forma este păstrată la orice expunere.

As the seconds tick away and every season’s transition, the calendar lives with you through the year.
Every month the calendar shows different colors and expressions.
We wish every one of your lives turns colorful.

Tehnologie de Producție: How to use
Step 1: When the month is over, bring the finished one to the back of the calendar.
Step 2: After 6 months, bring June to the back of the calendar.
Step 3: Turn over all papers together and the rest of 6 months starts with Irozuki.
You can enjoy the different colours every month after bringing a piece of the calendar to the back. 6 months later, another colour combinations will appear for you.
We could make this changing point by using only 6 papers for 12 months.
Provocare de Design: The package design part was the most challenging point of this. We wanted to pack this calendar like a flower but it was very difficult to keep their flower shape because it must be hung.
So we designed a flower-shaped package’s basement with double cutting papers.
Then we could keep it like a flower on any display.
Cercetare: We went to lots of stores and exhibitions related with calendar and lifestyle for researching about colorful calendars and products. And our friends’ houses as well, for researching reality. Then we figured out a colorful calendar would be able to be a colorful interior/product cheaper than stylish designers products.
We believe a simple lifestyle, a simple interior are very good choices. But we decided to make Irozuki as a beautiful spot color like a cool interior product.
Inspirație: We aim to make a calendar like monthly flowers.

Durata Proiectului: This project term was from October 2019 to November 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
