Seria PowerBeat M este un defibrilator extern semi-automat portabil. Dispozitivul are aproximativ dimensiunea unui smartphone și o greutate de 0,7 kg. Forma compactă permite transportul personal, amplasarea la domiciliu și transportul în vehicule. Defibrilarea se realizează la 150 J, un nivel de energie redus care limitează deteriorarea mușchiului cardiac.
