Reședința din Limassol VI este o casă privată proiectată ca o clădire cu consum de energie aproape zero. Casa se deschide spre sud și spre priveliște, folosind condițiile de mediu locale pentru a obține confortul termic. O formă albă în forma literei Z asigură protecție solară și unește spațiul de parcare acoperit cu volumul principal. Ferestrele mari aduc lumină naturală și conectează interiorul cu împrejurimile. Planul separă zonele comune de cele private și protejează intimitatea față de stradă. Structura este realizată din beton armat, iar întreaga clădire este izolată termic.

- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.

- The building has a gross built area of 204 m2, and its anti-seismic capacity has been ensured by the use of the corresponding Eurocodes.
