Br Design Center este un spațiu interior de birou pentru un atelier creativ din Chongqing, China. Designul urmează un stil industrial de tip loft. Conductele de apă, electricitate și cele de stingere a incendiilor sunt lăsate expuse pe pereți. Materialele recuperate de pe șantier sunt reutilizate, iar elementele industriale existente sunt păstrate. Anvelopa clădirii folosește o rețea metalică cu dublu strat care filtrează lumina în exces, permițând totodată iluminarea și ventilația naturală. Inspirație: The Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop, a creative workshop integrating home culture, creative industries, smart technology, and environmental protection, draws on the design concepts and expression language of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly organic building A large number of pipes such as water, electricity and fire fighting facilities are exposed on the facade wall, presenting a unique and strong LOFT industrial style.
Durata Proiectului: The project started in Chongqing, China in 2016, and was finally completed in Chongqing, China in 2019.
Flux Operațional: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system".
