Spațiul de 120 de metri pătrați deservește atât întâlnirile de afaceri, cât și utilizarea rezidențială. Camera de zi combină nuanțe stabile de maro lemnos cu alb-orez delicat, pentru un efect calm și cald. Un patio aduce lumina naturală în interior. Mobilierul din piele este asociat cu piatră masivă, metal lucios și ornamente detaliate, în timp ce candelabre fine din metal luminează încăperile. Zona de dining și bucătăria de tip occidental împart un plan deschis, creând o experiență continuă și transparentă.
