Escape é um sistema portátil de cozinha para camping concebido para a preparação de refeições ao ar livre. O design baseia-se na observação do comportamento culinário em campismo, que revelou que o manuseamento e a operação eram frequentemente difíceis. Escape mantém-se compacto quando dobrado, facilitando o transporte, e desdobra-se para utilização no local de acampamento. Estão integrados cinco módulos funcionais: uma área de armazenamento, uma área de preparação de refeições, uma área de cozedura, uma segunda área de armazenamento e uma área de refeição. A ergonomia foi considerada em todo o processo, e utilizadores de campismo testaram o design para aperfeiçoar a disposição.

Propriedades Únicas: Escape is a portable all-in-one camping kitchen system designed based on the user's camping kitchen behavior, ensuring a comfortable and smooth experience. The kitchen system is available in both folded and unfolded states. Folded for easy transportation and unfolded for use when needed. The system integrates five functional modules: storage area, meal preparation area, cooking area, storage area and dining area, which meet the needs of users during the camping and cooking process.
Dimensões e Embalagem: The dimensions of the product take full account of ergonomics. The size of the product when the lid is closed is: 1285mm x 470mm x 900mm; the size of the product when the lid is open is: 1765mm x 470mm x 900mm.

Tecnologia de Produção: In the pre-design stage, interviews and observations of camping users are conducted to understand the explicit and implicit needs of users in the process of camping meals and kitchens, and the Kano model is applied to analyze the needs to get the priority of users' needs in the process of camping meals and kitchens, and the design is carried out in accordance with this. In the design process, ergonomics is fully considered and users are invited to test the product to improve and optimize it.
Desafio de Design: In terms of data collection means, this study mainly relies on more subjective qualitative research methods such as interviews and behavioral observations, and is limited to surveys of some user groups in limited camping scenarios, which may make the generalizability and representativeness of the results somewhat constrained.
Pesquisa: Type of research: research on camping kitchen system and product design based on user behavior analysis; Purpose: to improve the systematicity and user experience of camping kitchenware; Method: interview method, natural observation method, demand priority analysis method; Tools: questionnaire, AEIOU behavior analysis model (behavior, environment, interaction, object, user), Kano demand analysis model; Participants: camping enthusiasts; Results and Insights: improved systematization of camping kitchenware and solved problems in the camping kitchen process, improved user experience.
Inspiração: The project was designed based on the users' camping kitchen behavior. Through the observation of users' camping kitchen behavior, it was found that problems such as difficult handling and cumbersome operation were common. Therefore, the Escape Camping Kitchen System was designed to streamline and optimize the operation line of camping kitchens to solve the above pain points, significantly improving and enhancing the camping kitchen experience of users.
Duração do Projeto: The project started in June 2023 in Xiamen and was finished in April 2024 in Xiamen.
