Sobre Beiguan Li Edifício de Comunidade Comercial

Beiguan Li é uma pequena comunidade urbana cultural e comercial construída em Qiqihar, na China. O terreno ocupa 10.000 metros quadrados e situa-se próximo à Rua Bukui Norte e ao lago das imediações. Diversos edifícios isolados sobrepõem-se e fundem-se em um único conjunto misto, aberto e permeável. A implantação gera muitos espaços relativamente independentes que fluem uns para os outros, de modo que os visitantes podem deter-se e participar das atividades locais. O projeto inclui um parque em terraço voltado para o lago, uma praça externa e pátios internos em múltiplos níveis. A tonalidade cromática é um cinza frio e sóbrio, e a luz natural ilumina os ambientes.
