Sobre President 15 Casa De Hóspedes

Utilizou o conceito de clubhouse para projetar, permitindo que o proprietário e sua família mergulhem no clima de férias sempre que voltarem para casa. As salas de hóspedes e de jantar são em plano aberto. A paleta geral de cores é dominada pela luz branca e natural, complementada por um layout completo e tenta transmitir uma realidade harmoniosa através da sobreposição perfeita de meios materiais. As propriedades reflexivas do espelho da sala de jantar e do metal tetanizado amplificam, ampliam e ampliam efetivamente o visual, tentando alcançar um equilíbrio espiritual de luxo através da forma de um design adequado.

Propriedades Únicas: The use of far-infrared wood flooring throughout the house allows the homeowner and his family to enjoy healthy vitality at all times by promoting metabolism and blood circulation. Long-term health promotion is integrated into the space through the most inconspicuous wood flooring materials. At the same time, the whole space uses low formaldehyde building materials and coatings, responding to the homeowner attitude towards land, humanism, and ecology. The artistic, contextual, and cultural values of the line and surface, and the dual concepts of healthy living and environmental protection are emphasized and put into practice
