"O Sol do Oriente" é um design de imagem de evento criado para uma universidade de design. O sol é utilizado como elemento visual principal, pois nasce a leste e reflete tanto o nome da instituição quanto seu crescimento constante ao longo dos anos. Círculos e outras figuras geométricas constituem os elementos básicos, e a composição foi modificada após longos testes. O design é aplicado em cartazes, livros e cartões-convite. Durante a impressão, foram aplicadas películas brilhantes e películas foscas em áreas selecionadas para destacar os grafismos. Os cartazes medem 70 por 100 centímetros.
