Sobre Milagros Garrafa de Água Potável

Milagros é uma garrafa para água alcalina potável premium. A garrafa é feita de PET misturado com um pigmento azul-arroxeado, uma cor associada à faixa de pH da água alcalina. O material tingido também ajuda a manter a água mais estável do que uma garrafa transparente. A parte de trás curva-se para dentro e traz o nome da marca em relevo, o que torna a garrafa mais fácil de segurar. Padrões de batik estão em relevo nas laterais esquerda e direita e se repetem no rótulo impresso. A tampa é de polipropileno roxo. A garrafa mede 239 mm de altura e 63 mm de diâmetro.

Propriedades Únicas: Milagros is an alkaline drinking water bottle with a visual and shape that results from a combination of art, technology and precision. The purple color that is identical to the pH of alkaline water combined with detailed batik variations on the label and on the left and right sides. And the shape that curves inward embossed by the brand, designed to make it easier to hold

Tecnologia de Produção: The PET mixed with color pigment to create a blue purple color and is reshaped into a curved inward and embossed Milagros on the back, and embossed batik character on the left and right side. Desafio de Design: One of the biggest challenge is keep the bottle sturdy because the curvature on the back makes it less sturdy when filled with water, so we make the bottle not perfectly round but with some small indentation lines that act as supporting pole and leaves a label-shaped area that has to be filled with label. But solving this problem makes it difficult for label that have sharp tip placed symmetrically in this area. But with little dot on the bottom of the bottle as a sensor for a label machine , the label can stick perfectly in it's place
Pesquisa: Milagros Putra Mandiri has known in Indonesia as a company that produced Milagros, a premium alkaline water, and the market is increasingly broad and growing, used as the basis for development of packaging design that are more attractive and more functional.
Inspiração: Milagros has been widely recognized by the Indonesian people as a premium alkaline water. During the time, breakthroughs continued, one of which was in terms of design. Milagros has maintenance elements of a sustainable design philosophy in packaging. While most of the water bottle has been mostly in the form of round shape, we want a bottle that can more easy to hold, has a color that identical to the pH color spectrum of alkaline water and has a characteristic of Indonesia
Duração do Projeto: The project is completed in July 2020 in Tangerang Indonesia
Fluxo de Operação: With a coloured blue purple PET Bottle, it can make alkali water more stabile rather than a clear one.
