O One Palace é o interior de um apartamento modelo localizado em Xi'an, na China. A residência conta com duas salas de estar, três quartos e três banheiros. Acabamento em madeira cinza e pedra natural compõem as principais superfícies, enquanto o mobiliário em couro laranja e os detalhes metálicos acrescentam contraste. As áreas de estar, jantar e cozinha compartilham um único espaço aberto, sem paredes divisórias. Uma porta de correr permite que o escritório permaneça aberto ou fechado. A suíte principal, de 46 metros quadrados, inclui um closet em formato de U. Um pequeno balcão de bar atrás do sofá cria um canto privativo e tranquilo.

Propriedades Únicas: Featured the Italian aesthetics, the comfortable and elegant house has two living rooms, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Constructed by gray wood finish matched with natural stone, the slightly luxurious living space is embellished by orange leather furniture and metal finishes.
Dimensões e Embalagem: The study room is semi-opened to maintain interaction with other areas when the sliding door is fully opened; and to form a quiet and undisturbed working space when the sliding door is closed. The master bedroom is a large space of 46 square meters, where a small desk and chair can be used as a workbench or dressing table; and the U-shaped cloakroom meets the needs of storage. The master bathroom of 12 square meters has an open layout with double basins and a large bathtub, which is as luxury as a hotel.

Tecnologia de Produção: The smooth circular flow makes the connection between different function areas closer. Extending from the hallway, the living room and dining area adopt gray natural stone and wood finish; while the furniture is dominated by high-grade gray of different texture and luster. The table in the dining room is formed by two long dark wood tables, which is matched with light coffee and orange seats. The living, dining and cooking areas are put in one open space without any partition wall, creating a flexible space for communication and family activity.
Desafio de Design: It is worth mentioned that a private corner is designed behind the sofa, using a glass partition to form a small bar counter for one person. It is a quiet corner for sight-seeing and meditation.
Pesquisa: With large open living space, the overall design is concise and clear, where the gray palette of different tones makes the space simple and full of changes.
Inspiração: Inspired by modern minimalist life style, the space gets rid of too much decoration. Adhered to the function oriented concept, the concise interior design makes the design return to the essence of life.
Duração do Projeto: The project started in May, 2019 and finished in November, 2020 in Xi'an China.
Fluxo de Operação: In the hallway, the natural veined stone is integrated with round mirror to enhance the ritual sense of entering home. The cabinet on the back is combined with the wine rack and the kitchen island to form an open dining area.
