Sobre Magnificent Simplicity Design de Interiores Residencial

Magnificent Simplicity é um projeto de design de interiores residencial para uma casa de 194 metros quadrados. A área social é dividida pelo hall em dois setores. Um deles é o espaço de jantar, revestido com nobres veios de madeira que criam uma atmosfera serena e levemente cerimonial. O outro é uma sala de estar luminosa e tranquila, destinada ao convívio familiar e à música. Nos ambientes internos foram aplicados lâminas de madeira natural e tintas ecológicas que atendem ao padrão F1. LEDs de baixa potência, com elevado índice de reprodução de cor e lâmpadas substituíveis, reduzem o desperdício de materiais.

Propriedades Únicas: The public area is divided into two sections with the hall. The one section is the dining space decorated with the sophisticated wood grains that expose a mild ceremonial sense. This section carries the short but precious family time. The bright and serene living room signifies the wonderful moment of companionship between the houseowner and children, and the awesome past when the wife learned music.

Tecnologia de Produção: The indoor space is decorated with the mellow and natural wood veneers, and eco-friendly paints meeting the F1 standard. The entire home is installed with the LEDs with high color rendering index and low wattage consumption. The accent lighting of MR 16 LEDs with replaceable LED bulbs reduces the waste of materials caused by bulb failure. The installation of T5 LEDs maintains the adequate indoor illumination meanwhile reducing the usage of lamps.
Desafio de Design: Given the limited resources and the rising awareness of environmental protection nowadays, the designers consider to show the essence of space with the least resources. Rather than using redundant embellishments, they present the delicate texture by using the original qualities and textures of the materials.
Pesquisa: For the position of air inlet and outlet, it avoids direct air blowing to people, and considers to remove heat from lamps at the same time, thus reducing the heat load in the residence. Air flowing indoor is also considered to ensure the fresh and clean air quality ubiquitously.
Inspiração: This design project presents its main idea by combining the modern atmosphere of magnificent simplicity and eastern artistic conception. Different sections of the space with different functionalities are independent, stable and connected at the same time. It is a healthy residence signifying the lively spirit.
Duração do Projeto: The project finished in May 2020 in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
Fluxo de Operação: The designers established different scenes in the home, in which the scenes can be used with interaction, flow, and flexibility. At last, the home is full of the sweet memories exclusive for the family.
