A Renovação do Grande Teatro Yongqing Fang é um projeto de design de interiores para um centro de exposições e promoção de investimentos em Guangzhou. O teatro é um marco do Yongqing Fang, na Enning Road, uma antiga rua revitalizada conhecida por suas marcas tradicionais e pelo turismo. O projeto estabelece um contraste entre elementos antigos e novos. Volumes em forma de caixa organizam o espaço irregular de 334 metros quadrados. O pavimento térreo abriga as exposições de projetos, enquanto o pavimento superior é destinado a negociações. Propriedades Únicas: Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, the core area of old Guangzhou. In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Since the designers hope to impress visitors with greater visual impact, frosted steel is put into use as the door frame combined with transparent glass, thereby combining the indoor and outdoor landscape.
Pesquisa: Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, once the core area of old Guangzhou. In recent years, however, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". And Enning Road is also the soul of Qilou buildings in Sai Kwan.As the Grand Theater is one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalize it and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.
Inspiração: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
Duração do Projeto: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Guangzhou.
