Ensuring cultural sensitivity in mascot design and content recommendations added further creative complexity.

Methodology included interviews with expatriates, tourists, and business travelers, alongside analysis of existing travel tools serving non-Mandarin speakers. These findings shaped Tripilot's core features: adaptive preference learning, localized content delivery, and an emotionally engaging mascot-driven interface designed to build trust in unfamiliar environments.

Foreign travelers in destinations face both simultaneously.
