جاقالان، چې په ترکي کې د ملګرو معنا لري، په استانبول کې د زکریاکوی په شنه منظره کې دوه معماري پلوه یووالی لرونکي ویلاوې لري. د پام وړ کږې چتونه چې ځمکې ته راښکته کیږي د دې ډیزاین مشخصه ده، کوم چې د سیمې درانده باران اړوندې ننګونې حل کوي پداسې حال کې چې یوه زړوره بصري هویت جوړوي. پراخ تراسونه او له فرش څخه تر چت پورې کړکۍ قوي داخلي بهرنۍ اړیکه رامنځته کوي. د لمریزو تختو او د انرژي اغیزمنو موادو سره، جاقالان د دوامداره ژوند بیلګه ده، چې د سادګۍ او شرایطو سره همغږۍ له لارې معاصر استوګنیز معمارۍ له سره تعریفوي.

Jaqalan ویلا د سپینو زرو A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی دی، یوه غیرعادي ویاړلې پېژندنه چې لوړې درجې، ښکلو، لوړو او اغېزناکو ډیزاینونو ته ورکول کېږي. د سپینو زرو ګټونکي ډېر ځلانده او خورا خلاقي کارونه دي چې د خپلو ډیزاینرانو غوره مهارت، استعداد او ځیرکتیا ښيي. له Jaqalan ویلا څخه تمه کېږي چې یو عالي، نمونه کار وي چې په پام وړ ډول مسلکي او په ژوروالي نوښتګر دی. دا د سپینو زرو A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی ډیزاین یو ډېر د پام وړ او ستایل شوی اختراع دی چې ګټه رسوي او د هنر، ساینس، ډیزاین او ټیکنالوژۍ حدود مخکې وړي. - Jaqalan is a modern villa project in Zekeriyaköy, Istanbul, featuring dynamic forms and sloped roofs that integrate with the landscape. Sustainable materials like concrete and metal are used, along with solar panels for energy efficiency. Ample open and closed spaces promote social interaction and connect residents with nature, setting a new standard for contemporary residential architecture.

- The Jaqalan project consists of two villas: a 1,000 square meter villa with five bedrooms and a 400 square meter villa with three bedrooms. Both feature sloped roofs that extend to the ground for optimal rainwater drainage and solar panel integration. Located on a sloped lot, the structures ensure unobstructed views and abundant natural light, reaching approximately 7 meters in height.

- Design work commenced in April 2022 in Tehran, Iran, with construction starting in summer 2023 and nearing completion now. The project located in Zekeriyakoy, Instanbul, Turkey. The villas are located in a luxury residential area, leveraging the natural landscape for optimal integration.
