د ښه ژوند لپاره یو استوګنیز داخلي ډیزاین دی چې د تایوان په تایپه ښار کې د یوې تقاعد شوې جوړې لپاره ترتیب شوی. پرانیستی پلان له خنډونو او درجو څخه پاک دی، چې د زړو استوګنو لپاره خوندي حرکت ښه کوي. لوی کړکۍ طبیعي رڼا او شاوخوا شنه توب راننباسي. د بېرچ پلایوډ، سیمنټي خښتې، لرګینه فرش، وارداتي ټایلونه او پاین لرګی په خپلو اصلي بڼو کې د لږ پروسس سره کارول شوي دي. زیرمه ډیره برخه په یوه لوړ جاپاني ډول خونه کې متمرکزه ده، پداسې حال کې چې تختې، پلیټ فارمونه او پرانیستي المارۍ نورو خونو ته خدمت کوي. رنګینې فرنیچر او نرمې فرنیچري توکي یو آرام او تازه فضا رامینځته کوي.

- ځانګړي ځانګړتیاوې
- In response to the excellent surrounding environment of this project, the open style space welcomes the Beitou most precious ecological greenery, forming a peaceful world for two people. In addition, from the moment of entering the space, the space is full of interesting elements such as round hooks, geometric display cabinets, pinewood pegboards, colorful furniture, and soft furnishings. Through visual extension and interaction, the connecting sceneries are in harmony and consists of modernity, enjoyment, and simplicity.

- The design team broke away from the conventional technique of hiding the beams. Instead, they were covered in wood to maximize their existence, shaping the drop ceiling common in Taiwanese homes. There are also new ideas about the decor. The custom-made restaurant light fixtures are inspired by snowflake building blocks children play with and act as exquisite modern lighting and make the overall space type more integrated and inclusive, with the clients childhood memories, the old taste of Taiwan, and a brand new future all present.

- The design team followed the idea of simplifying and only used birch plywood, cement bricks, wooden flooring, imported tiles, and pinewood and presented them in their original forms with minimum processing, thereby reducing cumbersome construction and loss of surface materials while protecting the environment through the designing process.

- In order to create a simple and clear space, the facade of the whole space is presented in white, and the storage cabinets are mostly open. However, for the elderly, white is a cold and monotonous color, and the open cabinet also has doubts about being dirty. Through a long period of communicating with the client about design, the design team not only enriches the pure white space with some warmth but also provides more convenience and accessible space design.

- Broke away from the concept of conventional retirement homes and upheld the core value of "environment first, space second". With vibrant yet elegant colors, simple and clean material vocabulary, and creative designs rich in "Taiwanese flavors", created a leisurely and relaxing atmosphere in the vast and unpretentious space. In addition to the multi-functional Japanese-style room, the step-less design and the hollow, open storage function perfectly construct a convenient, barrier-free life.

- The design team balances practical functionalities and the spiritual. A space rich in humanity was brought forth through open, semi-penetrated, and blank motifs. Natural light and greenery are invoked by maximizing windows so that the environment and people complement each other. To subvert the impression of elderly living space, the team utilized elegant, casual, and vivid colors and soft furnishings to introduce a younger visual experience and creative ideas, thereby giving the residents a vibrant, elegant, and wise "twilight aesthetics".

- The project was completed in September 2019 in Taipei City, Taiwan.

- Taking the safety consideration of the elderly and convenience into account, the whole residence is open and barrier-free. All storage functions are concentrated in the elevated Japanese-styled room, while the other rooms are equipped with shelves, platforms, hollow cabinets, etc., creating simple yet complete practical functionalities. In order to interpret a new concept of retirement, the designers installed colorful furniture and soft decoration, exquisite, interesting creative designs for the couple.
