اکاډمي یو داخلي دفتر دی چې د ورځني کار، د شرکت غونډو او روزنیزو ناستو لپاره ډیزاین شوی دی. د دننه ورتګ ځای د یو شپږ ګوني رڼا وسیلې له خوا روښانه شوی چې د شرکت کیمیاوي شالید ښیي. د ژیلاتین کپسولونو ډکې د شیشې دیوالونه محرمیت برابروي او د درملو صنعت ته اشاره کوي. د آرام ناستې ځایونه، یوه کافي، یوه کتابتون او د ګرافیکونو، تعاملي سکرینونو او معلوماتي انځورونو سره غونډې خونې یو ښوونیز چاپیریال جوړوي. ګرم لرګی، د چرمو کوچونه او تیاره نیلي دیوالونه د ۶۵۰ متره مربع ساحې بشپړوي چې په درې مساوي پوړونو کې ترتیب شوی دی.

Academy د دفتر داخلي ډیزاین د اوسپنې A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی دی، یوه ویاړلې پېژندنه چې ښو ډیزاینونو ته ورکول کېږي چې هغه مسلکي او صنعتي اړتیاوې پوره کوي چې له ښه ډیزاین شویو جوړښتونو څخه تمه کېږي. د اوسپنې ګټونکي د خپلو جوړوونکو لویه مهارت، لوړه تخصص، کارپوهانه پوهه او خلاقي وړتیا ښيي. له Academy د دفتر داخلي ډیزاین څخه تمه کېږي چې یو ډېر ارزښتناک، ستایل شوی او ګران جوړښت وي چې عملي او نوښتګر دی. دا د اوسپنې A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی ډیزاین د صنعت غوره کړنلارې یو ځای کوي او وړ تخنیکي ځانګړتیاوې لري چې له پوهې او استعداد سره تړلي دي. Academy د دفتر داخلي ډیزاین د خپل دقت له امله درناوی کېږي او د ژوند د کیفیت داسې ښه والی وړاندې کولو لپاره ډیزاین شوی چې نړۍ یو ښه ځای ګرځولو کې مرسته کوي.

- ځانګړي ځانګړتیاوې
- An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.

- د تولید ټیکنالوژي
- The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.

- The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
- څیړنه
- We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.

We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design. - د پروژې موده
- The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
- د عملیاتو بهیر
- Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
