Rock Jewelry to wnętrze sklepu jubilerskiego o powierzchni 57 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt kierowany jest logiką przestrzeni architektonicznej i materiałów. Ścieżka prowadząca z zewnątrz stopniowo się wydłuża, dzięki czemu odwiedzający doświadczają naturalnej siły surowych kamiennych murów. Poziome, wydłużone okna wkomponowane w drewniane ściany ażurowe wznoszą się i zwężają wzdłuż trasy, kończąc się w skarbcu, do którego wchodzi się przez przesuwne drzwi ze stali kortenowskiej. Szafki wykonane z laminatów okleinowanych drewnem spełniają wymogi bezpieczeństwa pożarowego. Perforowane panele aluminiowe oraz światłowodowe oświetlenie formują sufit.

Technologia Produkcji: Due to the fire protection requirements of the mall, designers use wood veneer laminates to make cabinets. The ceiling uses perforated aluminum panels to solve the problem of air conditioning return air. The ceiling is shaped by splicing, and the fiber optic lights are used at the holes, and the stars are dotted to set off the stone wall effect.
Wyzwanie Projektowe: Due to the uneven thickness of the original customized stone, there is a great risk for the bearing of the shopping mall floor. After some discussion, the designers learned that there is another method, which can cut many knives intensively behind it, and then knock off the pieces on the back that are cut into the grate shape to reduce the thickness.
Badania: Under the influence of large industry, modern mining is not the concept of human mining in the past. Generally, the whole mining, cutting and polishing the smooth surface in the factory, has lost the initial rough trace and impression when people contact with nature. Designers hope to restore this rough and original feeling in the store space.
Inspiracja: Gemstones are naturally mined and very valuable. In the process of human exploration and utilization of nature, there are hardships, accidents, and opportunities everywhere. There are two design concepts, one based on business strategy and the other based on architectural space and material logic. Designers' focus is on how to make decorative interiors the language of architectural spaces and materials from an architect's perspective.
