Caishi China Railway City to kompleks mieszkalny wybudowany w Jinan, w Chinach. Projekt czerpie z nowego stylu chińskiego, który łączy klasyczny porządek i proporcje z nowoczesną funkcjonalnością. Lokalne motywy, takie jak kalenice w kształcie jaskółczego ogona, szczyty dachowe i ażurowe ściany, zostały zinterpretowane na nowo w prostej formie, a kolorystyka pozostaje stonowana i spokojna. Do wykonania płyt dekoracyjnych dachu wykorzystano panele poliwęglanowe, co pozwoliło na zastosowanie smukłych elementów nośnych. System czterech stałych parametrów kontroluje jakość, temperaturę i wilgotność powietrza w pomieszczeniach.
