Medal Poznań Maratonu to animacja promocyjna stworzona w celu prezentacji medalu dwudziestego PKO Poznań Maratonu. Animacja przedstawia niewielkie elementy łączące się ze sobą, tworząc medal, a każdy z elementów symbolizuje jeden rok historii maratonu. Smycz medalu została zadrukowana historycznymi fotografiami ze wszystkich edycji wydarzenia, ułożonymi w porządku chronologicznym.
