One Verdi Park to wielofunkcyjny kompleks zabudowy w Bukareszcie, w Rumunii. Dwie wieże zawierają apartamenty, biura i lokale handlowe, o całkowitej powierzchni zabudowy wynoszącej 42470 metrów kwadratowych. Konstrukcja wykonana jest z żelbetowych słupów i belek. Elewacja wykorzystuje system wentylowany z wykończeniem z białego fibrocementu, a wysokowydajne przeszklenia poprawiają właściwości akustyczne i termiczne.
