Roborock App to aplikacja mobilna zaprojektowana do sterowania domowymi robotami sprzątającymi. Aplikacja zawiera funkcję SmartPlan, która analizuje otoczenie domowe i dopasowuje do niego kompleksowe rozwiązanie sprzątania całego domu. Funkcja wideo umożliwia podgląd i sterowanie w czasie rzeczywistym. Obsługa skanowania 3D generuje widoki mapy domu, a ustawienie wzmocnienia kolorów mapy wspiera użytkowników z zaburzeniami widzenia barw. Dostępne są tryby jasny i ciemny. Przejrzysty i prosty interfejs pomaga użytkownikom zarządzać zadaniami sprzątania przy minimalnym wysiłku.
