Royal One to prywatny dom klubowy zaprojektowany dla właściciela, który kolekcjonuje wino oraz gości rodzinę i przyjaciół. Wnętrze obejmuje cztery kondygnacje nadziemne i jedną podziemną, mieszcząc piwnicę na wina, restaurację, podziemną salę grillową, salę bilardową, salę audiowizualną oraz sypialnie. Przestrzenie rozmieszczono wokół okrągłego holu, którego forma odzwierciedla ideę harmonii. W strefie jadalnej panele aluminiowe tworzą nakładające się na siebie okręgi różnej wielkości. Nad środkiem holu zawieszono instalację w kształcie kropli wody, wykonaną z materiału refleksyjnego z wbudowanym oświetleniem LED.

The property spans four floors above ground and one below, featuring a wine cellar, restaurant, underground barbecue room, billiards room, audio-visual entertainment room, bedrooms， among other functional spaces.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, water droplet art installations symbolize the flow of life, bringing vitality to the space.
