Prywatna rezydencja zbudowana na działce naprzeciwko dwóch dróg w cichej dzielnicy mieszkalnej. Widoczna z zewnątrz elewacja ma uporządkowaną formę, zapewniającą umiarkowane poczucie otwartości przy jednoczesnej ochronie prywatności mieszkańców. Wnętrze jest umiarkowanie otwarte i ma wizualną przestrzeń. Dodatkowo, zgodnie z ukształtowaniem terenu, dwie płaszczyzny przecinają się w środku pod różnymi kątami, a stworzona tu przestrzeń delikatnie łączy pomieszczenia.
