O projekcie Henan Illustration Seria Ilustracji

Ilustracje Henan to seria pięciu ilustracji inspirowanych tradycyjnymi drzeworytniczymi obrazami noworocznymi z miasteczka Zhuxian w prowincji Henan w Chinach. Seria na nowo interpretuje klasyczne postacie z tych grafik w płaskim, rysowanym ręcznie stylu, dostosowanym do młodszych odbiorców. Linie postaci zostały narysowane na tablecie graficznym za pomocą pióra, a następnie kontury i kolory zostały dopracowane w programie do edycji obrazów. Silnie nasycone odcienie żółci i błękitu tworzą kontrast, a każda postać ma inny wyraz twarzy. Celem projektu jest odnowienie zainteresowania publiczności zanikającą sztuką ludową.
