M Cube to ergonomiczna poduszka zaprojektowana do podparcia głowy, szyi i ramion. Poduszka wykorzystuje dwuwarstwową, dzieloną strukturę. Warstwa wsporcza wykonana jest z drukowanego w technologii 3D materiału Matrix, wielowłóknistej struktury kompozytowej oraz pianki o wysokiej sprężystości, które razem zapewniają stabilne podparcie. Warstwa komfortu wykonana jest z biopochodnej miękkiej pianki o naprzemiennej wysokości z przodu i z tyłu oraz prefabrykowanej strukturze centralnej, dostosowującej się do różnych pozycji spania i pomagającej rozluźnić mięśnie. Wysokość, krzywizna i stopień podparcia mogą być dostosowane do indywidualnych danych ciała użytkownika. Poduszka ma wymiary 600 na 400 na 120 mm.

Unikalne Cechy: On the one hand, the traditional function pillow design usually impairs the functionality of the perfect ergonomic structure using a single material. The split structure and new materials are expected to solve this industrial key problem, fully leveraging its structure and material selection. On the other hand, the support degree and pressure relief ability of pillows are the first considerations of consumers in terms of experience.

Based on anthropometric parameters, combined with human musculoskeletal system simulation model and AB pillow supine and lateral lying interaction of biomechanical performance evaluation index, according to the clinical test group sleep conditions and comfort evaluation, via personalized programming, the design team finally developed and designed the split structure of the support layer and comfort layer.

Pillow height, support degree and hardness become the key considerations.
