Portal DA to aplikacja mobilna działająca jako platforma handlowa (marketplace) dla dużych aktywów biznesowych. Wśród oferowanych do sprzedaży aktywów znajdują się centra handlowe, magazyny, fabryki oraz specjalistyczny sprzęt. Kupujący mogą wyszukiwać w dedykowanym klasyfikatorze aktywów biznesowych, korzystając z wielu parametrów oraz wyszukiwania pełnotekstowego. Dla każdej kategorii aktywów wyświetlane są szczegółowe informacje, dzięki czemu inwestorzy mogą szybko zapoznać się z ofertą i podjąć decyzję. Możliwe jest również zamawianie powiązanych usług. Interfejs jest zgodny z ustalonymi wytycznymi platformy i dostosowany do popularnych smartfonów oraz tabletów.

Portal DA simplifies the complex process of purchasing large assets, on the one hand, by allowing clients to easily find and get detailed information on the necessary asset and, on the other hand, by providing related services.

Technologia Produkcji: The design was developed in Figma. Icons and illustrations in Adobe Illustrator. Interactive prototypes were assembled in InVision. The design is designed based on Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, then adapted for Android. Wyzwanie Projektowe: It was difficult to resist "innovation" and "creativity", but by prioritizing the comfort of use and predictability of the interface, we managed to make an application that works exactly as the user expects.
Badania: The design was developed based on two sources of information. The first is the research of large Russian and international marketplaces, borrowing best practices. The second is an interview with business representatives, finding out the basic needs of the market. The design is constantly being improved, we take into account user feedback and statistics. Testing of the user interface is carried out by both special employees and all team members, which allows you to consider the product from different points of view and eliminate all minor shortcomings.
Inspiracja: Banks often needs to find investors for diverse collateral assets. Portal DA for this purpose. Gradually accumulating an audience of investors ready to buy large complex assets, we realized that they might be interested not only in collateral and noncore assets of our bank, but also in assets that sell other banks and market participants, and thus we decided to transform Portal DA into a marketplace and created iOS application
Czas Trwania Projektu: The project finished in September 2021 in Moscow, and was exhibited in Moscow Business and investing meeting in October 2021.
Przebieg Działania: Customers can easily find the necessary asset (we created a unique classifier of business assets, and users can search by a range of parameters including full text search), get detailed information on the chosen asset (for each category, sellers fill in special fields, for instance, when placing a shopping center, a seller indicates Gross Building Area, Gross Leasable Area, and a seller of a vessel indicates the deadweight, side length and draft, which allows potential investors to quickly plunge into the asset and make an investment decision) and order a related service.
