Arte Residence to budynek mieszkalny liczący dwadzieścia kondygnacji, zlokalizowany na plaży Torres, w gminie w stanie Rio Grande do Sul, w skrajnie południowej części Brazylii. Inwestycja obejmuje dwadzieścia pięter z dwoma apartamentami na każdym poziomie. Łącznie 200,00 metrów kwadratowych powierzchni użytkowej w każdym apartamencie. Pod względem bryły, konstrukcja składa się z dużego pionowego monolitu z wyrazistym zestawem płaszczyzn poziomych, ułożonych w półpoziomach, gdzie zlokalizowane są duże balkony skierowane w stronę morza. Unikalne Cechy: In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of exposed concrete and wood show its authenticity.
Wymiary i Opakowanie: The development is a residential building with twenty floors, with two apartments per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites and large social areas. The total area of the Development is 9,936.38 square meters.

Technologia Produkcji: In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.
Wyzwanie Projektowe: The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Badania: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspiracja: The idea was to make a product that catered to the building's target audience. People who are open to new proposals, who value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and the value of design in all the products they consume.
Czas Trwania Projektu: The project is located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
