Zhongjian Xinli to wnętrze biura sprzedaży w Tianjinie, zajmujące powierzchnię 695 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt utrzymany jest w naturalnym i minimalistycznym stylu. Zastosowano dużą ilość naturalnego drewna, a światło działa jak filtr, wprowadzając zewnętrzny krajobraz do wnętrza pomieszczeń. Układ funkcjonalny dzieli się na strefę recepcyjną, strefę makiety, strefę negocjacyjną oraz strefę herbacianą. Nietypowe kamienne cokoły w strefie makiety współgrają z kamienną teksturą recepcji.
