O projekcie Hangzhou West Lake Strefa Obsługi Podróżnych przy Autostradzie

Strefa Obsługi Podróżnych Hangzhou West Lake to autostradowa strefa obsługi podróżnych w Hangzhou w Chinach. Projekt przebudowy obejmuje obszar planistyczny o powierzchni 61 408 metrów kwadratowych i zastępuje starsze obiekty o ograniczonej skali i funkcjonalności. Projekt czerpie inspirację z osmantusa wonnego, kwiatu będącego symbolem miasta Hangzhou, a dachy w kształcie osmantusa wieńczą budynki. Elewacje wykonane z białej szklanej ściany kurtynowej oraz drewnianych krat łączą architekturę z otaczającym krajobrazem. Dwa główne budynki, położone na północy i południu, mieszczą przestrzenie gastronomiczne o zróżnicowanej tematyce. Ciepłe drewno i stonowane kolory definiują wnętrza.
