4.56 Jvpd ଆବାସିକ ଭବନ ବିଷୟରେ
4.56 JVPD ମୁମ୍ବାଇର ଜୁହୁଠାରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ ଆବାସିକ ଭବନ। ଏହି ଭବନରେ ବିଳାସପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ରହିଛି, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମହଲାରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ଦୁଇଟି ଡୁପ୍ଲେକ୍ସ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ସହିତ। ପୋଷ୍ଟ ଟେନ୍ସନଡ୍ ସ୍ଲାବଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବିମ୍ର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତାକୁ ଦୂର କରିଥାଏ, ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଆଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରୀଣ ମହଲା ସ୍ତମ୍ଭମୁକ୍ତ ରହିଥାଏ ଏବଂ ଆଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରୀକୁ ଅନେକ ପ୍ରକାରେ ଯୋଜନା କରାଯାଇପାରେ। ବଡ଼ ଖୋଲା ଝରକାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ଦିନାଲୋକ ଓ କ୍ରସ୍ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେସନ ଆଣିଥାଏ। ଏକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଲିଫ୍ଟ ସିଧାସଳଖ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଘର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଖୋଲିଥାଏ। ଏହି ଭବନ ୫୨.୯ ମିଟର ଉଚ୍ଚତାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥାଏ, ଯାହା ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ଫନେଲ ଜୋନ୍ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ଧାରିତ ସୀମାକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦେଇଥାଏ।

4.56 Jvpd ଆବାସିକ ଭବନ A' Design Award ଲୌହ ପୁରସ୍କାରର ବିଜେତା, ଭଲ ଭାବେ ଡିଜାଇନ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୃଷ୍ଟିଗୁଡ଼ିକରୁ ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଥିବା ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ଓ ଶିଳ୍ପଗତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରୁଥିବା ଭଲ ଡିଜାଇନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି। ଲୌହ ବିଜେତାମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କର ମହାନ ଦକ୍ଷତା, ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞତା, ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ବୁଝାମଣା ଓ ସୃଜନାତ୍ମକ କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରନ୍ତି। 4.56 Jvpd ଆବାସିକ ଭବନ ଏକ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ, ପ୍ରଶଂସିତ ଓ ପ୍ରିୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଏ ଯାହା ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ ଓ ନବସୃଜନଶୀଳ। A' Design Award ଲୌହ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଜିତିଥିବା ଏହି ଡିଜାଇନ ଶିଳ୍ପର ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ଅଭ୍ୟାସକୁ ସମନ୍ୱିତ କରେ ଏବଂ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଭା ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସକ୍ଷମ ବୈଷୟିକ ବୈଶିଷ୍ଟ୍ୟ ଧାରଣ କରେ। 4.56 Jvpd ଆବାସିକ ଭବନ ଏହାର ଯତ୍ନଶୀଳତା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଏକ ଉତ୍ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ କରିବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ଜୀବନଯାପନ ମାନର ଉନ୍ନତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଡିଜାଇନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

- The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.

- The building in 52.9M in Height with each apartment 27.5M in length X 10.5M in breadth.

- ଡିଜାଇନ୍ ଆହ୍ୱାନ
- The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
- ଗବେଷଣା
- The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
- ପ୍ରେରଣା
- Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
- ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅବଧି
- the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.

- The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
