ଦ ଏସେନ୍ସ ଅଫ୍ ଏସ୍ଥେଟିକ୍ସ ହେଉଛି ତାଇୱାନର ନ୍ୟୁ ତାଇପେଇ ସିଟିରେ ଥିବା ଏକ ୧୫୦ ବର୍ଗମିଟର ଘର ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଆବାସିକ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ନକ୍ସା। କାଠ ରଙ୍ଗ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରଙ୍ଗ ଟୋନ ଭାବରେ ଧୂସର ଓ କଳା ରଙ୍ଗ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇଛି। ରୈଖିକ ଆଲୋକସଜ୍ଜା ଉଚ୍ଚ ସିଲିଂକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇ ଦୃଶ୍ୟକୁ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଥାଏ, ଯାହା ସ୍ଥାନର ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ଚରିତ୍ରକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଥାଏ। ସିଲିଂରେ ପ୍ଲାଟିନମ୍ ପ୍ଲେଟ୍ ସହିତ ଫିନିସିଂ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଏବଂ କାନ୍ଥଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଜଟିଳ ପାଟର୍ନ ଓ ଟେକ୍ସଚର୍ଡ ପୃଷ୍ଠଭାଗ ସହିତ ଏକ ଇଟାଲୀୟ ଆର୍ଟିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ କୋଟିଂ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇଛି। ଡ୍ରଇଂ ରୁମ ଏବଂ ରୋଷେଇଘରର କାନ୍ଥଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଗ୍ରିଜିଓ ଫାଣ୍ଟାସୀ ଟ୍ରାଭର୍ଟାଇନ୍ ଆଣ୍ଟିକ୍ ପଥର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ଜୁନ୍ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

The Essence of Aesthetics ଆବାସିକ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ନକ୍ସା A' Design Award ଲୌହ ପୁରସ୍କାରର ବିଜେତା, ଭଲ ଭାବେ ଡିଜାଇନ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୃଷ୍ଟିଗୁଡ଼ିକରୁ ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଥିବା ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ଓ ଶିଳ୍ପଗତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରୁଥିବା ଭଲ ଡିଜାଇନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି। ଲୌହ ବିଜେତାମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କର ମହାନ ଦକ୍ଷତା, ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞତା, ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ବୁଝାମଣା ଓ ସୃଜନାତ୍ମକ କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରନ୍ତି। The Essence of Aesthetics ଆବାସିକ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ନକ୍ସା ଏକ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ, ପ୍ରଶଂସିତ ଓ ପ୍ରିୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଏ ଯାହା ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ ଓ ନବସୃଜନଶୀଳ। A' Design Award ଲୌହ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଜିତିଥିବା ଏହି ଡିଜାଇନ ଶିଳ୍ପର ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ଅଭ୍ୟାସକୁ ସମନ୍ୱିତ କରେ ଏବଂ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଭା ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସକ୍ଷମ ବୈଷୟିକ ବୈଶିଷ୍ଟ୍ୟ ଧାରଣ କରେ। The Essence of Aesthetics ଆବାସିକ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ନକ୍ସା ଏହାର ଯତ୍ନଶୀଳତା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱକୁ ଏକ ଉତ୍ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ କରିବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ଜୀବନଯାପନ ମାନର ଉନ୍ନତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଡିଜାଇନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

- ଅନନ୍ୟ ବୈଶିଷ୍ଟ୍ୟ
- The designer used lots of linear lighting to enhance the layers of the design, and to bring out the high ceiling structure of the building. Also, the lighting arrangement extends the vision, and presents the minimal characteristic of the space.

- The project is 150 square meter.

- Walls of living room and kitchen are made of Grigio Fantasy Travertine Antique, a top-class material imported from Brazil. The starry pattern of the stone seems to absorb people inside and stop the time, reminding the host to cherish every moment.
- ଡିଜାଇନ୍ ଆହ୍ୱାନ
- The corridor on the second floor is imitated the figure of gallery; thus, the non-popular works of Lei Shi and Bernard Buffet are hung on the walls of corridor. The designer would like to present the hosts rebellious and unique taste of aesthetics, connecting people and the space which can helps to provide inspirations to the host.
- ଗବେଷଣା
- The sofa in the living room is made of oiled and waxed leather which will develop a patina as time goes by. The marked contrast between the stone and leather weakens the sense of oppression from the roughness.
- ପ୍ରେରଣା
- Grey and black are chosen as the main colour tone of the space instead of wood colour. The ceiling is decorated with platinum plates; walls are painted with Italian artistic coating which allows the painter to do intricate patterns and bumpy texture. The highly aesthetic atmosphere is bloomed when the light shines on the walls.

- The project finished in June 2019 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
- ପରିଚାଳନା ପ୍ରବାହ
- Concrete walls are replaced with French window and glass, introducing not only sunlight but scenery from the outside. Each space is arranged appropriately; the designer simplified the redundant decoration, at the same time, he left the space for functional storage. Though the space is depicted in a low-key luxury style, design and life intertwine with each other.
