Lo material principal es lo bois d'orme, e de plancas de fèrre plegadas forman l'estructura de sosten. Las plancas de fèrre son pleadas e fixadas jos lo burèu e la cagira, ont lo bois es formejat per s'ajustar a las rainuras correspondentas. La geometria triangulara balha al bastiment fòrça e resisténcia. L'esquina e lo sèti de la cagira son fabricats en bois d'orme e seguisson la forma del còs.
