Imetec Pro I25 es una maquina de cafè professionala concebuda per de bars e de restaurants. Dos grops de cafè independents mantenon lo servici en foncionament : se un grop s'arrèsta, l'autre contunha de trabalhar. Un circuit d'extraccion brevetat utiliza d'aiga fresca per cada extraccion per evitar l'estagnacion. Lo contraròtle Thermopulse PID estabiliza la temperatura d'extraccion, e un sistèma antitartre brevetat protegís los circuits intèrnes. Lo còs es fach de fuèlhas d'acièr inoxidable talhadas al laser e plegadas. Una dobertura centrala separa la zòna de contraròtle del còr mecanic e dobrís la vista cap al client.

Proprietats Unicas: The machine features independent coffee groups, ensuring uninterrupted service: if one group fails, the other continues operating. An intelligent energy management system optimizes consumption, while a patented fresh-water brewing circuit uses new water for every extraction, preventing stagnation. Rapid start-up enables operation within seconds, with full steam power in 20 minutes. Thermopulse PID temperature control, patented anti-scale system, and boiler with external heating elements.

Tecnologia de Produccion: The machine is manufactured using a robust structure based primarily on laser-cut and precision-bent stainless steel sheets, ensuring strength, durability, and ease of assembly. This approach reduces the number of components while maintaining high structural rigidity. Only a limited number of parts are produced in injection-molded ABS, mainly for functional interfaces and protective elements. This balanced combination of metal fabrication and minimal polymer components optimizes production efficiency, improves serviceability, and ensures long-term reliability in demanding professional environments.
Desaffo de Dissènh: The project faced the challenge of preserving the original design vision while adapting it to the constraints of industrial production technologies. The dynamic form and central opening required careful engineering to be realized through sheet metal cutting and bending without compromising structural integrity. Continuous collaboration between design and engineering allowed the team to maintain the distinctive aesthetic while ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and efficiency in a professional coffee machine.
Recèrca: The project was developed through close collaboration between the industrial design team, an experienced technical team specialized in professional coffee machines, and a dedicated graphical interface design team. This multidisciplinary approach enabled the integration of advanced brewing technologies, optimized mechanical architecture, and an intuitive user interface. Continuous exchanges between engineering, design, and UX development ensured functional reliability, efficiency, and a coherent interaction experience for professional baristas.
Inspiracion: The design is inspired by a sense of dynamic tension and openness, expressing both technological precision and human interaction. The central opening is a defining element: it visually separates the user interface and control area from the mechanical core of the machine, clarifying functions while improving accessibility. At the same time, this architectural gesture creates a visual opening toward the customer, enhancing the relationship between barista, machine and client.

Flux Operacional: The machine integrates several patented technologies to ensure reliability and performance in professional environments. A patented brewing system uses fresh water for every extraction, eliminating stagnation and guaranteeing consistent flavor. Independent coffee groups ensure operational continuity, and intelligent energy management optimizes power consumption during use.
