Next Collection es un complèx residencial concebut en relacion amb lo paisatge de Green Cape. Lo bastiment consistís en tres alas independentas plaçadas sus un podion que sosten un jardin. La tarrassa de cobèrta es utilizada coma espaci social amb un restaurant, un bar e una piscina. La disposicion de las alas favorisa un flux clar entre los apartaments e lo jardin sul podion. L'interior seguís un abordatge minimalista amb un tèma nautic e una paleta de colors sobria. La concepcion combina formas organicas amb la topografia environanta.
