A prepaus de Cross Ostal Residencial

Una residéncia privada bastida sus un terren que dòna sus dos vias dins un quartièr residencial tranquille. L'exterior, que se pòt veire de defòra, a una forma ordenada, assegurant un sentiment moderat d'overtúra en protegissent l'intimitat dels residents. L'interior es moderadament dubèrt e presenta una expansion visuala. D'autre còsta, en acòrd amb la forma del terren, los dos plans se crosan a d'angles diferents al centre, e l'espaci creat aicí connecta dolçament las pèças. Un espaci novèl e void es creat en divisant apropiadament lo plan, e lo projècte vòl aprigondir la comunicacion entre los residents.

Tecnologia de Produccion: Considering the heat insulation performance and durability performance of the building, the wooden structure mainly adopted in Japan was adopted. Recèrca: In a large connected space with varying angles and heights, the volume of the room is large and energy consumption loss is considered. We will collect data by improving the outer skin performance and heat insulation performance, utilizing sunlight and high-performance air conditioners, and regularly measuring the temperature to see if it can be solved as a zero energy house. In addition, we regularly visit third parties to explore their experiences.
Inspiracion: At the planned site, the field of view spreads in each direction. The idea is to feel the size of the room while staying indoors, and to incorporate the scenery that can be seen beyond the room into the room, and live with a rich sense of feeling. Two planes that match the shape of the site overlap in the center, and the blank space between them serves as an architectural device that gently connects the residents.
