L'objectiu es de crear un burèu ont las equipas pòdon trabalhar de faiçon creativa, en considerant las situacions de trabalh en equipa e en creant d'espacis amb divèrsas foncions. Lo concèpte de design se basa sus la color d'imatge de la marca Abeam; es un design que fa sentir als utilizaires la marca Abeam amb d'accents daurats. En concebent un espaci de burèu qu'equilibra netetat e luxe, s'aumenta lo sens de venir al burèu, l'engagement dels empleats e lor ben-estar.

By designing an office space that balances cleanliness and luxury,
Increase the meaning of coming to the office, employee engagement, and well-being.

Tecnologia de Produccion: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
Desaffo de Dissènh: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
Recèrca: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style.
How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees.
Inspiracion: It is an office that stimulate new ways of workstyle in the post-corona era.
Idea comes from what kind of office people like to work in.
In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important.
To form an office where teams can work creatively.
Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions.
As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
Durada del Projècte: Design started in december 2021, completion in november 2022
Flux Operacional: This office is designed to stimulate teamwork. By interacting and working with one another, new ideas can to be generated in a creative way.
