Lo Concèpte

A prepaus de Arc Talha de Cafè

Arc es una talha de cafè concebuda per d'espacis de vida contemporanèus. Arc es fabricada en fust de fraisse, formada per pliament laminat. Tres bendas corbadas son ajustadas per formar una estructura triangulara arredondida e tridimensionala. Cada benda se connècta a las doas autras, çò que requerís quatre juntas per benda, e cada angle deu èsser talhat amb precision. La taula fa 77 centimètres de larg, 77 centimètres de prigond e 48 centimètres d'aut. La concepcion es leugièra e pòt èsser utilizada coma moble o contemplada coma objècte esculptural. Arc s'inspira de l'arquitectura modèrna e de las estructuras simplas, sens decoracion excessiva.

Proprietats Unicas: The ARC stripes were made and connected using laminated veneer techniques which combines three strips to form a spherical structure. Each strip has to connect with two other strips thus each strips needs to have four joints to be set precisely.Then combined joints and form a stable three-dimensional triangular body of structure. which makes the creation unique. And because of the unique shape, the Table could easily fit in contemporary, it could act as a furniture or a piece of art.

Desaffo de Dissènh: The table has an unique structural placement which creates challenges when it’s being crafted: To form the shape and the accurate joint angle, which requires a huge amount of calculation when bending and making joint each pieces of wood, is one of the key challenges when crafting.
Recèrca: This is an outstanding Table made out of hardwood with overcome various of structural challenges and woodcrafting techniques. The Table is comfortable with its own personality, unique, light in weight and with a pretty structure and appearance.
Inspiracion: This table is inspired by ARC Guitar Stand, the first creation of ARC series which is also an original HYC creation.

ARC creation was inspired by the modern architectures and the ponderation of space design on how to composite structures that are not over-decorated and form a new pattern that is elegant and enchanted.
Durada del Projècte: The project started in 2021 in Taipei and completed in 2022 in Taipei.
