A prepaus de Desulfurization Module Equipament de Tractament de Gas

Lo Modul de Desulfuracion es un equipament industrial de tractament de gas que sosprimís los compausats sulfurats dels gases d'escapament de las fabricas. La concepcion transforma lo projècte tradicional de tor de desulfuracion en un produit modular, combinant l'absorcion, la reaccion e lo desembuament dins una unitat compacta. Cada modul en forma de cub fa 3 mètres d'nautor e 1,3 mètres de larguer, fabricat en acièr inoxidable 316L amb tres gropes de pòrtas d'accès en veire. Mai d'un modul pòdon èsser junts per s'adaptar a las necessitats de cada fabrica. Lo contraròtle intelligent estauvia electricitat, e la pichona empreinta redusís l'utilizacion del sòl.

Proprietats Unicas: It is a product that help polluting enterprises with exhaust gas treatment. It aims to prevent the sulfide from the waste gas from polluting the environment. Different from the traditional engineering methods of desulfurization, It realizes product and modularity of the desulfurization process, thus to improve the efficiency of desulfurization, reduce the cost of production and use. Combined with intelligent technology, it unites the resources and uses them rationally to save electricity.
Dimensions e Embalatge: The model uses a cube shape of 3m high and1.3m wide, it’s easy for module installation and product functions expansion.The use of different modular units constitutes a set of multi-functional purification products.

Tecnologia de Produccion: Wet desulfurization process, condensation demister, partial replacement, ultra-low emissions make the environmental protection engineering productization, lightweight and intelligent. The whole product uses 316L stainless steel, 3 groups of glass access doors.
Desaffo de Dissènh: Research obstacle lies in solving the problem of the complexity and large footprint of traditional desulfurization tower projects, as well as the integration of absorption, reaction and demisting functions for the functional and modeling research. Now we have overcome the above problems and implemented mass production.
Recèrca: This is a product used in industrial gas desulfurization. It solves the problem that the traditional desulfurization tower project is complex and occupies too much land，it is a integration of new purification production of absorption, reaction and demisting function. It makes the work more efficient and energy saving. The SO2 emission from coal combustion is increasing, which brings serious harm to people's health. The product devotes to flue gas desulfurization, and give people a blue sky.
Inspiracion: The idea is based on the existing serious air pollution to develop industry, and the fact that existing air purifiers in factories are too large and not customizable. In order to customize the product to meet the individual needs of each factory and more suitable size, we designed the product.
Durada del Projècte: The project started in April 2021 at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts of Shenyang, Liaoning, China, and be completed and produced in October 2021.
Flux Operacional: Sulphur-containing flue gas enters from both sides and the atomized desulfurizing slurry enters into the efficient mixing unit for desulfurizing reaction. The flue gas after reaction enters the primary dedusting and defogging unit, while the desulfurizing slurry enters the circulating pool. The gas is defogged and dusted by primary and advanced defogging units. When the flue gas discharge reaches the standard, the net flue gas is discharged from the middle.
