L'Animal Backbone es un interior de botiga de venda al detalh situat a Shanghai, dins un bastiment istoric qu'aviá servit autrescòps d'escorjador e qu'es ara un centre cultural e creatiu. L'espaci cobrís 100 mètres carrats e es bastit amb de placas metallicas, de miralhs e de veire. La disposicion seguís lo camin de marcha d'un cat, e un cercle devesís las zònas interiora e exteriora. De pòrtas e de fenèstras permeton de vistas entre las doas zònas, mentre que de scènas de salon, de sala de manjar, de cosina e de banh son organizadas a l'interior. Lo dessenh convida a una reflexion sus las personas e los animals que partejan la vila.

Starting from the walking track of a cat, the inner space and the outer space in the space are divided, and the basic functions in the living state are divided by a circle.
