L'Burèu de Suntory PepsiCo es un espaci de trabalh interior de 2100 mètres quadrats situat a Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. La concepcion imita lo flux d'un riu a travèrs d'un sistèma d'esclairatge de plafond corbat e lo motiu de las particions, que sostenon una atmosfèra calma dins una vila dinamica. Los motius del tambor ancian de Dong Son e l'utilizacion de bambó fan referéncia a la cultura vietnamiana. Lo plan es un espaci de trabalh agile ibrid que manten tanben de pòstes de trabalh tradicionals. Zònas separadas sosténon la collaboracion, lo partiment de coneissenças e las tascas que necessitan concentracion.

- This is the Suntory PepsiCo office interior design created to imitate the flow of the river such as the curved ceiling light system or pattern of partition that uphold the calm and cozy feeling amid the very dynamic city.
Across the office, ADP feature the company core values along with the Vietnamese elements. The pattern from ancient Dong Son Drum and the bamboo materials was used to highlight the wonderful journey of Suntory PepsiCo in Viet Nam and their commitment to the Vietnamese people. - Dimensions e Embalatge

- We proposed a solution that helps staff easily adapt to the activity-based working which is a modern workstyle in Viet Nam.

- The ADP-Architects team conducted the workplace index survey which measured the performance of the old office to optimize the design to meet all the requirements of the aim users.
- Inspiracion
- The design of the Suntory PepsiCo Office is inspired by the company's spirit - the ‘Yatter Minahare’ which is the ambition to dream big, take challenges, and never give up, Suntory PepsiCo wants to strengthen and maintain the leading position in the beverage industry, pursue sustainable development objectives and bring benefits to not only employees and business partners but also contribute to the communities where the company do business and operations.

- The Unilever Homebase project started in September 2021 and finished in December 2021 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor of Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
- Flux Operacional
- The Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam office is a hybrid agile workplace offering diverse choices as to where and how people work while still retaining some traditional workstations to help staff easily adapt to the new working model.
With the focus on human development, ADP builds up space where all activities are supported, from cross-team collaboration, sharing knowledge, brainstorming to the private task that needs great concentration.
