Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion es un centre de venda de 697 mètres quadrats a Nanquin, en China. L'interior seguís lo tèma de las quatre aigas que tòrnan a la sala, ont l'aiga de pluèja del teulat en pendent s'escola de totas parts dins un pati central. La disposicion s'inspira dels teulats successius de las maisons tradicionalas de Jiangnan e exprimís la sabença orientala amb de metòdes modèrnes. Los materials inclusisson de grilhas metallicas amb de motius chineses, de brigas de veire, de pèira e un mur cortina de veire. La lutz del solelh a travèrs de la lucarna crèa un jòc cambiant de lutz e d'ombra.

Proprietats Unicas: The theme of the interior design of the sales center is "Four Waters Returning to the Hall"-the rainwater measuring the slope on the roof flows from all sides into the patio, which means that the water gathers the heart of heaven and inherits the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man. Refining and optimizing with rational thinking, expressing oriental wisdom with modern techniques, and using the sequential technique of the roofs of Jiangnan houses to create an experience with traditional memories.

Nanjing's profound historical and cultural heritage and the unique Jiangnan residential architecture have provided a source of inspiration for this design.
