As children prefer to rest their feet while they’re sliding. We could see that PI character 'O' matches the function and outside looking well. And it conveys safety, comfort and each charm to children.

Considering the user experiences, vision effects, prices, and producing difficulty, we finally choose nylon glass fiber. With GAIM technology (Gas-Assisted Injection Molding), we have developed a high-strength plastic frame that can be mass produced.

Metal processing products are cold, lack of affinity, extremely single shape, leaving many processing traces such as welding and spraying.
