- The public areas showcase a beautifully crafted grid pattern of wooden flooring, which not only excels in sound absorption but also visually enhances the space, fostering an open and tranquil atmosphere. Connecting the upper and lower floors is a stunning solid wood staircase made from premium South American teak. Remarkably, this staircase is designed without any metal supports; its structure has been meticulously calculated by skilled technicians and secured with dowels and nails to ensure stability and elegance.

To achieve this, the team employs a refined minimalist and warm Scandinavian design aesthetic, characterized by soft color palettes and rich wood grain patterns. These elements synergistically combine to foster a comfortable and high-quality living environment.
